Discussion on Young Editors' Qualities and Abilities in College's Journal Editorial Department

青年编辑是高校学报编辑队伍的主力军,青年编辑的素质和能力直接影响着学报的质量与水平。当前高校学报青年编辑队伍还存在很多问题,因此,青年编辑素质的优化以及能力的提高显得尤为重要。优化青年编辑的素质,主要包括思想政治素质、法律素质、业务素质和创新素质等方面;提高青年编辑的能力,主要包括甄别稿件、驾驭文字、沟通交流、信息技术处理等方面的能力。

Young editors are the main force of higher vocational college＇s journal editorial department. Currently, there are still many prob- lems existed in the group of young editors in colleges. Therefore, quality optimization and ability improvement are of great impor- tance. Quality optimization mainly includes the optimization of ideological and political quality, legal quality, professional quality, ca- reer quality and innovation quality. Besides, young editors should improve the abilities of screening articles, commanding languages, communicating, processing computers and familiarizing industry hot news and industry trends.
