摘要
以浙中民营企业为研究对象,阐述民营企业文化软实力的基本现状和目前所面临的问题,分析企业文化对民营企业软实力的影响,并从企业文化内涵的发觉、文化个性的突出和维持稳定的策略等方面出发,为加速浙中地区民营企业文化建设软实力的发展提出相应的对策。
This paper subject to the private enterprise in the region of middle of Zhejiang as the research object ,explained the basic situation and faced problems in the private enterprise’s business culture and soft power development,analyze the cultural connotation, highlight the cultural personality and maintain the stability of the strategy,a relevant strategy is proposed in order to speed up the private enterprise’s business culture and soft power development in the region of middle of Zhejiang.
