高职学生就业核心竞争力问题研究,既能够帮助高职毕业生在激烈的就业竞争中提高其竞争力,顺利地实现就业;又能够充分发挥高职院校在毕业生就业工作中的作用,提升高职院校的核心竞争力。结合高职院校的工作实际,阐述构建高职院校学生就业核心竞争力体系的五个方面,强调高职学生就业核心竞争力的培育要强化"三方协同"。
