摘要患者男，36岁，主因突发头晕、意识不清30h于2013年1月13日入院。入院前30h上班时突发头晕，在送医途中出现意识不清，急诊头颅CT检查（发病3．5h）显示脑干出血（桥脑和中脑）出血量约8m1。意识障碍进行性加重，
