摘要
介绍频响分析法的基本原理及应用到现场进行变压器绕组变形测试所必须解决的几个关键技术问题;提出不同接线方式变压器进行变形测试的典型试验接线及方法;通过现场实测,明确分接开关档位、信号源位置、变压器套管电容量、变压器出口引线长度等因素对变压器频响曲线的影响,结合 158 台变压器的实测经验,提出频响分析法测试结果的判断原则。
Terminal fault on transformer is the main reason to cause transformer faults because it can take obvious accumulation effect on mechanism strength of windings. So detecting winding deformation immediately is very important to decrease transformer faults. The paper introduced the principle of Frequency Response Analysis (FRA) method to detect winding deformation and the several key problems that must be solved before it can be applied in test on site. The different test connection type for detecting winding deformation was presented and the typical test circuits was given. Through the field test, the relationship among FRA result curves and switch position, signal location, bushing capacitor and the lead length of transformer was analyzed. Based on the practical test data on 158 transformers, the criterion was presented to judge winding deformation with FRA method.
