摘要
选用模数为5mm、7.5mm、10mm的试样.研究0.7-13%锰合金化对低碳白口铸铁组织与性能的影响.结果表明,在砂型冷却条件下,试样获得马氏体的适宜锰量为5-7%;三种试样的硬度随锰量增加的变化都存在峰值,但出现峰值的锰量不同;冲击韧性、相对韧性、抗弯强度随锰量的变化与硬度有很好的对应关系;抗磨性基本上随硬度增大而提高;抗多冲碎裂性能随锰量增加呈下降趋势;消除铸造应力使低锰试样抗多冲碎裂性能进一步提高.
Selected samples of 5mm, 7.5mm, 10mm about modulus, we investigated the effect of added 0.7-13% manganese on structures and properties or low carbon white cast iron. Re- sults show, in sand mould cooling conditions, suitable mangnese contents are 5-7% for the attainable martansitic samples. The hardness or all the three samples cxisted their crest values with manganase content changes, only the manganese content that courses the appearance of crest value is different. The changes of impact toughness, relative toughnass and bending strength with manganese content existed good cooresponding relationship to the hardness. The wear resistance essentially increased with the hardness. The property of impact peeling off resistance decreand with the increase of manganese content. Thc elimination of cast stress would obviously incrcase the impact peeling off resistance of low manganese content samples.
