摘要 在风电场中,飞轮储能系统(flywheel energy storagesystem,FESS)与风力发电机组(wind turbine generator systems,WTGS)相互配合运行,可以有效地平滑风力发电系统输出的有功功率,提高电能质量,这对风力发电系统的稳定、高效运行和安全并网发挥着非常重要的作用。针对风电场的特性和储能需求,引入了一种飞轮储能矩阵系统(flywheel energy storage matrix system,FESMS),它由多个参数相同的飞轮储能单元组成,去共同承担系统的储能任务。在此基础上,设计了FESMS系统与风力发电机组的网络拓扑结构,并依照主从控制模式,设计了FESMS与风电场之间的充放电和安全协调控制策略。其中,上层的主控制器依照充放电和安全控制策略,负责系统的充放电功率分配,向下层的子控制器发送参考输入输出指令或开关指令,实现FESMS与风电场的协调运行。最后,系统的仿真结果验证了该控制策略的有效性,在FESMS系统的协助下,风电场可以向电网输出比较平缓的有功功率。 The coordinated operation of wind turbine generator systems (WTGS) with flywheel energy storage system (FESS) can effectively smooth the active output of WTGS and improve the power quality, thus it plays a very important role to stable and efficient operation and secure grid-connection of WTGS. According to the features of wind farm and its demand on energy storage, a kind of flywheel energy storage matrix system (FESMS), which is composed of multi flywheel energy storage units with same parameters to jointly undertake the task of energy storage, is led in. On this basis, a network topology for FESMS and WTGS is designed, and according to the master-slave control mode a charging/discharging and secure coordination control strategy between wind farm and FESMS is designed. In the designed control mode according to charging/discharging and security control strategy the master controller in upper level allocates the charging/discharging power within FESMS and sends reference input/output orders or switch orders to slave controller in lower level to implement the coordinated operation of FESMS with wind farm. Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy. With the help of FESMS, wind farm can transmit smoothed active output to power grid.
