摘要
对于方波无刷直流电动机来说,如何保证电机低速运行时转速的平稳是调速电机运行的难点之一,反映在设计上乃是如何有效地设计气隙磁场波形,减小定位转矩。文章针对面向气隙磁极结构的永磁电机,根据磁通管原理形成了永磁电机的等效磁网络,把细分的思想应用于永磁体模拟,建立了永磁体较为精确的网络模型,对影响方波无刷直流电动机气隙磁场及定位转矩的几个参数进行了深入探讨及磁场计算,为永磁电机的设计及动态性能仿真提供了一种有效的分析方法。
This paper presents the magnetic equivalent circuit of the radial array structure PM motor according to the theory of flux-tube.The theory of subdivision is used in the simulation of permanent magnet in order to get a more accurate circuit model.Some Parameters that influence the air-gap magnetic field and the orientational torque of the square-wave brushless DC motor are discussed in this paper.A few valuable results are obtained after the magnetic field calculation.These results supply an efficient analysis method for the design and dynamic performance simulation of the PM motor.
