石油工程企业外派职工思想建设现状及对策研究

Research on the Status of Enterprise Dispatched Staff Ideological Building and Relevant Countermeasures

企业思想政治工作是动员和组织广大党员干部、职工群众同心协力、开拓进取的重要工作。这种工作归根结底是做人的工作,也是非常具体的工作。面对新形势、新情况,外派职工的思想政治工作特别重要,更要在增强时代感,加强针对性、实效性、主动性上下功夫。本文对江汉油田石油工程企业"外派"职工的思想道德状况进行了调研分析,并提出了一些解决问题的对策。

Enterprise ideological and political work, centering on the people, plays an important part in encouraging the Party members, cadres and staff to forge ahead in a concerted effort. In the process of doing dispatched staffs ideological and political work under new conditions, it is more essential to work hard to enhance sense of the times and make the work better targeted, more effective and initiative. On the basis of the research on and analysis ofthe ethics condition of the staff who are dispatched by petroleum engineering enterprises of Jianghan Oilfield, this paperpresents some solutions to the problems in the work.
