社会管理是人类社会必不可少的一项管理活动。当前,随着油田矿区社会结构、组织形式和利益格局的不断发展变化,加强和创新油田矿区社会管理的重要性和迫切性日益凸显。本文从社区党组织如何与时俱进地在社会管理及其创新中找准自身的定位出发,初步探讨了社区党组织在油田矿区社会管理及其创新中的地位和作用。

Social administration is essential in human society. As social structure, organization form and benefits pat- tern are developing and changing in Jianghan Oilfield, intensifying and innovating social administration is getting more and more urgent and important. This paper discusses the position and function of community Party organization in social administration and innovation in Jianghan Oilfield.
