中国已经进入了老龄化社会,退休人员成为建设和谐社会的一支重要力量,离退休人员的思想状况如何已引起社会高度重视。本文结合工作实际情况,认真探讨分析离退休人员的思想现状,建议当前应从以下几方面切实加强和改进离退休人员的思想政治工作:一是加强退休党支部建设,为加强离退休人员思想政治工作提供组织保障;二是进一步改善退休工作部门的服务管理工作,为做好离退休人员思想政治工作提供职能保障;三是掌控离退休人员思想动态,加强和改进思想政治工作的方法;四是注重落实并提高退休人员的生活待遇,为加强离退休人员思想政治教育打下良好工作基础;五是积极开展健康有益的文体活动,为加强思想政治工作提供有效载体。

China has stepped into aging society. The retirees have become vital force in building a harmonious society, so it is essential to attach great importance to their ideological situation. In line with practical situation, it is necessa- ry to analyze what they are thinking. It is proposed to strengthen and improve their ideological work accordingly as follows： the first is to strengthen the building of retirement Party branch to provide organizational guarantee for in- tensifying the work; the second is to improve service and management of retirement management department to pro- vide functional guarantee for the work; the third is to grasp retirees＇ thinking trend and improve the method of ideo- logical work; the fourth is to pay attention to really increasing their living standard so as to lay a good foundation for their ideological education and the last is to carry out cultural and sports activities that are good for them to provide effective carrier for the work.
