It is necessary to establish harmonious campus interpersonal relationship in realizing a peaceful and orderly campus, promoting all--round and coordinated development of the school and strengthening campus creative vitality. To achieve this goal, school leaders must run a school by morality; colleagues must be selfless and tolerant; teachers must love their students and students must help each other.
