摘要
外派施工职工队伍长年在外施工,远离总部,远离亲人,职工面临诸多困难,思想情绪复杂,队伍比较难带。要带好外派施工队伍,就必须制定好职工队伍管理制度;开展经常性的职工思想教育;干部要以身作则;合理搭配组合各施工点上的职工;尽心尽力解决职工实际困难;努力抓好生产经营以提高职工收入。
Because dispatched workers work in the field far from the company and their family, they are faced with difficulties and have complex thought mood. Therefore, it is hard to lead them. To solve this problem, it is essential to adopt the team management system, carry out regular ideological education in them, properly arrange them in each operation site, work hard to solve their practical difficulties and make great efforts to grasp production and oper- ation to increase their income. Moreover, all the leaders must take the lead.
