摘要
C2.45~4.1%、Cr1.0~26.5%的白口铸铁,分别用砂型和金属型铸造,并分别采用高温回火和低温回火,以得到不同种类、不同块度的碳化物和不同硬度的基体,并使之在试制的Nathan 磨损试验机上以10.3米/秒的速度进行磨损试验,其结论是:影响铬系白口铸铁抗磨性的主要因素是组织中碳化物的类型和块度大小,其次是化学组成,第三是基体硬度。
Chromium white cast iron consisting of C 2.45-4.1 % and Cr 1.0-26.5%, Obtained through sand molding and metal molding and then tempered by, heating under high or low temperature separately,will produce varieties of and different sized carbide as well as matrix of different hardness. By sending them into the newly-designed Nathan wear testing machine to pass the wear tests of 10.3m / s, the experimental results show that the main factors to ef- fect the wear resistance of chromium white cast iron are firstly the various types and the diffcrent sizes of carbide in its construction, and secondly its chemical composition,and the third factor is the hardness of its matrix.
