摘要
提出了以Atmel公司的AT89S52单片机和Dallas公司的DS18B20单总线数字温度传感器为核心,可对多点的温度进行实时巡检的设计方案。各检测单元能独立完成各自功能,同时可根据下位机的指令对温度进行定时采集,测量结果不仅能在本地实时显示,且在越出警戒值时断开继电器;并在必要时可利用单片机串行口,通过RS-485总线及通信协议将采集的数据传送到上位机,同时进行存档、处理。
This paper presents a real-time multi-point temperature detection circuit design with ATMEL AT89S52 MCU and DALLAS DS18B20 single-bus digital temperature sensor as the core. The detection units can functions independently with timing acquisition of temperature according to the next-bit machine instruction. The re- al-time temperature measurement results are displayed locally, and the relay is disconnected if the value goes beyond in the security limit. The collected data can be sent to the host computer when necessary via single-chip serial port u- sing an RS-485 bus and communication protocols for arehiving and disposal.
