襄阳地区妊娠妇女发样微量元素测定分析 被引量:1

摘要 应用原子吸收光谱法对襄阳地区112例妊娠妇女发样中Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg、Mn、Se、Pb八种微量元素含量进行测定,并进行统计学分析.结果表明:襄阳地区妊娠妇女发样中主要以缺乏Ca、Zn 2种微量元素为主,妊娠妇女缺Zn者高达82.89%,缺Ca者达66.07%,微量元素缺乏现象比较严重.部分妊娠妇女存在多种微量元素缺乏问题.妊娠期妇女应合理补充和平衡微量元素,保证自身健康和胎儿的正常发育. A method for the determination ofZn, Cu, Fe, Ca, Mg, Mn, Se and Pb in pregnant women hair was developed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS). The data were statistically analyzed. Among 112 pregnant women, Zn and Ca are mostly needed. Specifically speaking, pregnant women lack of Zinc are as high as 82.89%, and the ones lack of Ca are as high as 66.07%. It is general for pregnant women to be lack of multiple trace elements. It was very important for them to supplement and balance trace elements to guarantee their own health and their babi's development.
