摘要
ZK61M镁合金扁锭的生产难度较大,在熔铸过程中要注意控制铸造速度、镁合金熔体温度、冷却水用量、结晶器角度、浇铸导管、加入稀土(RE)的量等各项工艺参数。各项工艺参数控制合适则可以提高ZK61M镁合金扁锭的成品率,使ZK61M镁合金板材的生产成本降低,为其推广应用创造条件。
Due to the difficulty in producing ZK61M magnesium alloy slabs, the technolog- ical parameters should be paid attention to control, such as casting speed, temperature of magnesium alloy melt, consumption of cooling water, mould angle, pouring pipe and addition of RE. The proper control over these factors will increase the rate of finishing products, the cost of ZK61M magnesium alloy and create conditions for its 13onularizatinn nntl ~nnl;,~~t;..,~
