摘要
铝箔在轧制过程中常出现窝浪缺陷,其产生原因很多、不易消除。经过对"人、机、料、法、环"各个因素的分析,总结出控制窝浪缺陷的方法:良好的设备精度和坯料板形是产品质量的重要保证;合理的冷轧工艺、整洁的工作环境、熟练的操作工,可以一定程度上减少窝浪缺陷。在生产中,根据缺陷产生的原因,迅速采取针对性措施,来获得最好的板形质量。
Nest waves often occur on the aluminum tolt, whose cau t which is most difficult to eliminate. A method to control nest waves was concluded by analy- zing the factors of "Man, machine, material, method and ring" :Good equipment precision and blank flatness are important guarantee for the product quality; a reasonable cold rolling process, tidy work environment and skilled operators can reduce nest waves to some extent. To get the best shape in production, according to specific measures should be quickly taken the causes of defects.
