氮盈亏供应对番茄和黄瓜穴盘苗生长发育的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Nitrogen Excess or Deficiency Supply on the Growth and Development of Tomato and Cucumber Plug Seedlings

摘要 以"中杂105"番茄和"中农203"黄瓜为试材,以标准Hoagland营养液为对照,研究了氮盈余供应(4倍氮浓度Hoagland营养液)和亏缺供应(1/8氮浓度Hoagland营养液)对"中杂105"番茄和"中农203"黄瓜穴盘苗形态建成、矿质元素和叶片叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:氮盈、亏供应,主要降低了番茄和黄瓜穴盘苗株高、茎粗、全株干质量等表观形态指标,提高了根冠比;氮盈余供应显著提高了番茄和黄瓜穴盘苗叶片叶绿素含量并促进了氮的吸收,氮亏缺供应则反之;氮盈、亏供应均促进了磷的积累,而钾、钙、镁含量均降低。说明氮供应水平对番茄和黄瓜穴盘苗生长发育具有重要的调节作用。 Taking tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. cv. ' Zhongza 105 ') and cucumber (Cucumis sativus L. cv. 'Zhongnong 203 ')as materials, the effects of nitrogen excess or deficiency supply on the seedling morphogenesis, chlorophyll content and mineral content of tomato and cucumber plug seedlings were determined. The results showed that the seedling apparent morphological indexes such as plant height, stem diameter,whole plant dry weight of tomato and cucumber plug seedlings were significantly decreased,but root/shoot ratio were increased when nitrogen supplied excess or excess. Supplied nitrogen excess resulted in chlorophyll content of tomato and cucumber seedlings increased and promote the absorption of N. However, supplied nitrogen deficiency had the opposite influence. Nitrogen excess and deficiency supply significantly promoted the accumulation of P,and the content of K,Ca, Mg were decreased. It could be concluded that the content of supplied nitrogen could regulate the growth and development of tomato and cucumber plug seedlings.
