摘要
射孔是石油开采过程中一个非常重要的环节,准确地获取井下射孔压力-时间数据,能够从根本上完善完井技术,促进射孔器改进,达到提高油气井产能的目的。以新概念动态测试为指导设计了新概念石油井下压力测试系统。系统主要解决的关键技术有:选用差分输入放大器INA128降低温度对传感器的影响;采样策略和负延迟的设计;低功耗和微体积的设计。系统已在长庆、大庆等油田中取得了应用。
Perforating is a very important part in oil extraction process. Getting accurate downhole perforating pressure-time data can fundamentally improve completions, promote perforator improvement and improve oil well productivity. Based on the new concept of dynamic testing, this article proposes the new concept of oil underground pressure test system. The system is mainly to address the key technologies: choosing differential input amplifier INA128 reduce the temperature influence on the sensor; sampling strategies and negative delay design; low power consumption and micro-volume design. The system has been made application in Changqing and Daqing oilfield.
