氯虫苯甲酰胺防治烟粉虱室内效果试验 被引量:1

摘要 通过室内毒力测定,研究了氯虫苯甲酰胺(Chlorantraniliprole)对泰安市各地区不同龄期烟粉虱的防治效果。结果表明:20%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂对烟粉虱若虫具有非常高的杀虫活性,LC50最低为1.52 mg/L,与对照噻虫嗪差异显著;但对烟粉虱卵的杀虫效果并不十分理想,LC50达到287 mg/L,与对照药剂差异不显著;对成虫的杀虫效果最差,显著低于对照,LC50达到了4 245 mg/L。 The control effect of chlorantraniliprole on different instars of Bemisia tabaci from Taian region was determined in lab. The results showed that 20% chlorantraniliprole SC had very high toxicity to nymph of B. tabaci with the lowest LC50as 1. 52 mg/L,which was significantly different to 25% thiamethoxam( CK).However,it showed lower toxicity to eggs of B. tabaci with the LC50as 287 mg/L,and had no significant difference with that of CK. 20% chlorantraniliprole had the lowest toxicity to adult of B. tabaci with the LC50as 4 245 mg/L,and it was significantly lower than that of CK.
