甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎临床疗效观察

Metronidazole and Clindamycin Treatment of Bacterial Vaginosis Clinical Observation

目的观察甲硝唑联合克林霉素对于细菌性阴道炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的100例被确诊为细菌性阴道炎的患者的临床资料作为研究对象,将被选中的100位患者按照入院的先后顺序随机分为观察组与对照组两组,每组各50例患者。对于对照组的患者,仅给予甲硝唑的常规治疗,而对于观察组的患者,则给予甲硝唑联合克林霉素进行治疗。与此同时,观察记录所有作为研究对象的患者在治疗期间出现的药物不良反应情况。结果根据临床治疗所得到的数据分析可知,对照组中只使用甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道炎的患者的治疗总有效率为72.0%,而观察组中使用甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎的患者的治疗总有效率为88.0%,观察组的治疗效果相较于对照组的治疗效果更为显著,两者差异具有显著性(χ2=4.0000,P<0.05)。结论甲硝唑联合克林霉素对于细菌性阴道炎的治疗效果是行之有效的,并且这种治疗方法的不良反应发生率较低,值得在临床治疗中加以推广。

Objective To observe the metronidazole and clindamycin for bacterial vaginosis clinical effect.Methods 100 cases in our hospital was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis clinical data of patients as research subjects will be selected 100 patients randomly assigned in accordance with the order of admission observation group and control group,two groups the 50 cases of patients.For the control group of patients,only conventional treatment given metronidazole,and for the observation group patients were treated with metronidazole and clindamycin for treatment.At the same time,as the research object observed and recorded all patients during treatment of adverse drug reactions.Results According to the data obtained clinical analysis,the control group,only the use of metronidazole treatment of bacterial vaginosis treatment of patients with total effective rate was 72.0%,while the observation group therapy with metronidazole and clindamycin bacterial vaginosis treatment of patients with total effective rate was88.0%,obviously,the therapeutic effect of the observation group compared with the control group treatment,more significant,the difference was significant（χ^2=4.0000,P 0.05）.Conclusion Metronidazole and clindamycin for treatment of bacterial vaginosis is effective,and this treatment a lower incidence of adverse reactions,it is worth to be promoted in the clinical treatment.
