摘要
目的测定深圳市市场主要水果中Pb、Cd、Hg和As等重金属的含量,并进行污染状况评价。方法随机抽取深圳市市场主要水果样品463份,采用国标方法测定水果中Pb、Cd、Hg和As等重金属的含量,同时采用单因子污染指数法对不同种类水果的污染状况进行评价。结果深圳市场主要水果中Pb、Cd、Hg和As等重金属检出率分别为1.73%、24.41%、0和12.74%,不同种类水果重金属检出情况有较大差异;除苹果中As和李子中Pb有超标外(超标率分别为4.17%和20.00%),其余水果重金属均不超标。各类水果中Pb、Cd、Hg和As等重金属的单因子污染指数均小于1。结论深圳市市场主要水果中Pb、Cd、Hg和As等重金属污染程度较低,但仍需注意潜在的重金属污染风险。
[ Objective ] To determine the contents of heavy metals ( Pb, Cd, Hg and As) in fruits in the markets of Shenzhen City, and evaluate the pollution status of these heavy metals. [ Methods] A total of 463 fruits sample were collected randomly in the mar- kets of Shenzhen. The contents of heavy metals ( Pb, Cd, Hg and As ) were determined by the national standard methods. The pol- lution status in different fruits was evaluated by the single factor pollution index. [ Results ] The detection rate of Pb, Cd, Hg and As was 1.73%, 24.41%, 0 and 12.74% respectively. Detection rate of heavy metals in different kinds of fruit was significantly dif- ferent. Only As in apple and Pb in plum exceeded the standard [4.17% and 20% ). The single factor pollution index of all fruit categories were lower than 1. [ Conclusion] The pollution level of heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg and As} in fruits is relatively low in Shenzhen City. But it is necessary to pay attention to the potential risk of heavy metal pollution.
