综合性心理干预措施对石化地区初中学生学习焦虑情绪的作用效果评估

摘要 目的了解综合性心理干预措施对初中学生学习焦虑情绪的作用。方法运用中学生心理健康综合测量(MHT)量表共100个测验题目,干预前后分别进行测验,根据不同的问题进行分数统计及分析,再以学校心理卫生教育干预形式,对初一年级879名学生进行1.5学年5次讲课和1次主题活动的心理健康教育。结果经调查干预组初一学生在心理干预措施实施前学习焦虑发生率为49.69%,同期对照组学习焦虑发生率为51.74%,2组相比,差异无统计学意义;经过1.5学年的心理健康知识讲课干预后,干预组学习焦虑发生率与对照组学习焦虑发生率分别为38.78%和62.44%,2组焦虑发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过综合性心理干预措施能有效改善初中学生的学习焦虑情绪。 [ Objective] To explore the effect of comprehensive mental health intervention on learning anxiety of secondary school students. [ Methods] The Mental Health Test (MHT) scale, including 100 questions, was performed before and after intervention, the score statistics and analysis was based on different questions. The intervention, including 5 lectures lasting 1.5 academic year and 1 theme activity, was performed on 879 students of grade seven. [ Results ] The investigation showed that the incidence of learning anxiety was 49.69% among students of grade seven before intervention, and that of control group was 51.74% at the same period, without significant difference between 2 groups. After intervention forl. 5 academic year, the incidence of learning anxiety of intervention group and control group was 37.78% and 62.44%, with significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] Compre- hensive mental health intervention can relieve the learning anxiety of secondary school students effectively.
