摘要
运动损伤直接影响着大学生课余训练的连续性和系统性,并严重影响训练的效果和参赛成绩,同时影响学生的正常学习与生活。采用文献资料法和访谈调查法,作者了解分析造成普通大学生课余运动训练损伤的原因,提出具体的建议和相应的预防措施,为高校更加安全、科学、有效地进行课余训练提供理论参考依据。大学生课余训练发生损伤的原因是多方面的,只要积极预防,还是可以减少和避免的。根据普通高校大学生课余训练特点及发生运动损伤的原因,只要从安全教育、科学训练、医务监督、后勤保障和疲劳恢复等5方面入手就能有效预防和避免运动损伤的发生。
Sports injury directly affects the continuity and systematic of college student' s extracurricular sports training, and seriously affects the effect of training and performance, it also affects students' normal work and life. By using the method of literature and investigation, this paper understands and analyzes the causes of extracurricular sports training injury in college students, puts forward specific suggestions and corresponding prevention measures, and provide theoretical reference for carrying out safe, scientif- ic, effective training. The reasons for extracurricular sports training injury are various, while it can be active prevention. According to extracurricular training features and occurrence of sports injury of college students, the sports injury can be reduced and avoided via safety education, scientific training, medical monitoring, logistics and fatigue recovery.
