摘要
目的了解内蒙古自治区职业卫生技术服务机构现状及其在各地区分布情况。方法对全自治区取得《内蒙古职业卫生技术服务机构批准证书》(建设项目职业病危害评价资质)的22家职业卫生技术服务机构开展现况调查,采用均等化分析。结果目前内蒙古22家职业卫生技术服务机构技术服务人员学科结构不合理,中高级技术人员缺乏,职业卫生技术服务资源地区间配置不合理。结论建议优化职业卫生技术服务机构人员结构,制定内蒙古职业卫生技术服务机构设置规划,科学配置资源。
[ Objective] To understand the present situation of occupational health technical service institutions in Inner Mongolia, and the distribution in different areas. [ Methods] The cross-sectional study was conducted in 22 occupational health technical serv- ice institutions which have obtained the Approval certificate of occupational health technical service institutions in Inner Mongolia ( License of occupational hazards evaluation of construction project), and the equalization analysis was adopted. [ Results] In 22 oc- cupational health technical service institutions, the subject structure of personnel is unreasonable, and there is a lack of senior tech- nical employees. The resource allocation of occupational health technical service is not balanced in different areas. [ Conclusion] It is important to optimize the personnel structure of occupational health technical service institutions, and formulate the establishment plan of occupational health technical service institutions in Inner Mongolia, to scientifically allocate the resources.
