摘要
加强人力资源管理本科专业建设,提高本科人才培养质量,是当前我国人力资源管理本科教育所面临的基本问题。专业培养目标是一切专业人才培养工作的出发点和归宿,它为人才培养工作指明了方向。我国人力资源管理本科专业培养目标存在两个方面的问题:一是各院校的培养目标定位问题,当前存在"差异化"和"宽口径"两种不同的定位策略;二是培养要求的明确问题。在这方面,人力资源管理专业人员胜任力相关研究提供了一些信息,但要将这些研究成果运用于人才培养要求的修正中尚有距离。并且,人力资源管理本科专业培养目标存在的问题也普遍存在于工商管理类其他专业中,本文的探讨对于其他管理类专业同样具有启发意义。
Two problems have been identified in the training objective of HRM undergraduate education: one is about the position of training objective by colleges, the other is about the specification of the training requirement. Two positioning strategies have been suggested for HRM colleges, the differentiation strategy or wide-scope strategy. As far as the latter is concerned, research on the HRM professionals' competence has offered valuable insights, yet there is still a long way to go to put them into the revision of training requirements. As the problems existing in HRM undergraduate education can also be found in almost all the other business management specialties, the discussion in this paper has its implications for them, too.
