大学生考研动机及影响因素研究——基于陕西省6所高校抽样调查的实证分析

Analysis of Motivation and Influence Factors of College Students Preparing for Postgraduate Entrance Examination

本文利用陕西省6所高校抽样调查数据,采用统计描述方法和二元离散选择模型,对大学生的考研动机以及影响因素进行了实证研究。结果表明,逃避暂时的就业压力是大学生选择考研的主要动机,性别、学习成绩、是否参加科研、父母态度、家庭收入、学校性质、专业满意度、班级考研人数和就业压力9个因素对大学生考研意愿影响显著。政府、学校、用人单位、学生个人以及家长均应理性看待就业与考研。

This paper applies the method of Descriptive Statistics and Binary Choice Model in analyzing the motivation and factors of taking part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools. By using the sample survey data from six universities in Shaanxi Province. Research shows that the mainly motivation of it is to escape the employment pressure temporarily, and there are nine factors influencing the aspiration that is gender, grades, scientific research, parental attitudes, household income, school, satisfaction of the; specialty, class sizes, employment pressure, who is the government, schools, employers, student or parents should see the phenomenon rationally.
