高职外语教师课程资源开发与利用现状调查

A survey on the curricular development of foreign language teachers in vocational colleges

采用定量研究(问卷调查)与定性研究(访谈)相结合的方法,了解广东高职外语教师课程资源开发现状,并对课程资源开发的实践进行反思,研究有以下几个发现:1)大部分高职外语教师认为很有必要开发与利用外语课程资源;2)只有少数高职外语教师对课程资源有一定的认识和了解;3)他们认为课程资源的开发与利用是可行的;4)虽然他们中也有人在教学中努力通过各种方式开发和利用课程资源,但对各种课程资源的开发和使用过程尚未做到以学生为中心,教学实践中缺少学生参与和互动性的活动资源;5)他们对课程资源的开发与利用存在困难,希望得到有效的帮助与指导。据此,研究对高职外语教师课程资源开发与利用提出了参考性建议,为外语教学与教师发展提供途径参考。

This survey uses a questionnaire and an interview regarding the curricular development of foreign language teachers in vocational colleges in Guangdong province. Results show that 1） most think it necessary to develop appropriate curricular resources （CRs） in the foreign language teaching and learning （FLTL） ; 2） only a small number have knowledge of CR; 3） they consider it possible to develop CRs in teaching; 4） although some try their best to develop CRs in teaching, the process is not student-centered, and there is a lack of interactive activity; 5） there exist difficulties in CR development, so they long for ef- fective help and guidance. Based on the above five points, constructive suggestions are put forward.
