桥梁无缝伸缩缝沥青胶结料室内老化与离析试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用室内薄膜老化试验和离析试验开展了桥面无缝伸缩缝沥青胶结料的施工耐老化性和储存稳定性研究。试验结果表明,无缝伸缩缝沥青胶结料老化后质量损失小于1%,5℃延度和锥入度变化显著,可作为评价抗老化能力的关键指标。含填料的无缝伸缩缝沥青胶结料储存热稳定性较差,存在离析问题。现场长时间高温加热易导致沥青严重老化。 The aging resistance and storage stability of asphalt plug joint binders was investigated by using thin aging oven testing and segregation testing. The test results indicated that the mass loss was less than 1% after aging. The ductility at 5℃ and cone penetration changed significantly before and after short - term aging, which can be used as the indicators for aging eval- uation. The asphalt binder containing filler showed poor storage stability and tended to segregate. Heating the asphalt binder at high temperature for a long period tended to result in serious aging.
