随着我国公路建设市场竞争日益激烈,以招、投标形式确定的施工承包价格趋向合理低价,因而,施工企业对项目成本控制及管理能力的高低,就成为其在市场竞争当中能否处于有利地位的重要因素。文章就施工成本控制的主要阶段和方法提出了一些看法和建议,供探讨。

Along with the increasingly fierce competition of our country highway construction market, the construction con- tract price determined by bidding tends to be reasonable and low, therefore, the ability to the project cost control and management of construction enterprise, is an important factor in market competition. Aimed at main stages and methods of the construction cost control, this article puts forward some opinions and suggestions, for discussion.
