浅析城乡统筹发展下的电网功能定位

Analysis on Functional Positioning of Power Grid in China Based on Urban-Rural Integration Development

城乡统筹作为缩小城乡差距、协调区域联动发展、提振内需的重要举措,对电网功能定位也提出了新的要求。在城乡统筹的新形势下,需要进一步认识电网在我国经济社会发展中承担的重要功能,以促进电网的快速科学发展。文章结合我国社会、经济和政治的具体实际,在城乡统筹发展的新形势下提出电网的功能定位,即保障民生、支持经济发展、执行政治职能和履行社会保障等方面。

As the major initiatives of narrowing the gap between urban and rural, coordinating the development of regional linkage and boosting domestic demand, urban-rural integration comes up with new requirement towards the power grid＇s functional positioning. Meanwhile, under the new urban-rural integration situation, to achieve a rapid and scientific development of power grid, it is important to have a further understanding of the role that power grid plays in the economic and social development of China. Combining the reality of China＇s society, economy and politics, this article puts forward China＇s functional positioning of power grid relating to ensuring people＇s livelihood, supporting economic development, performing governmental functions, fulfilling social security, and so on.
