摘要
社会网络被认为是研究员工关系问题的有效因子,但组织内的社会网络对新员工融职期间的作用机制却仍然缺乏系统性研究。文章以社会网络为基础,运用模型的构建得出社会网络对新员工融职的影响。并围绕员工在融职的过程中表现出的不同特点、组织内主要社会网络关系可采取的相应的支持点,提出若干建议,以期保证员工顺利实现由局外人向局内人的转变。
It is believed that social network is an effective factor to study the employee relationship, while there is still a lack of a systematic study of the mechanism of the social network on the new employee orientation. On the basic of social network, by building model to study the influence which social network has on new employee orientation, through the analysis of the various features that showed during the procedure of the new employee orientation and the corresponding support points which are taken by the major social network relations, this paper proposes several suggestions to help the new employee achieve the goal, that is, the transformation from a outsider to an insider.
