资本外逃对我国的消极影响主要体现在造成经济紧缩效应、恶化收入分配、增加财政负担以及对金融体系造成危害等方面。金融危机背景下,资本外逃产生了一定的运作空间,为此,我国应从金融、财政、货币、汇率等相关政策入手,加强对外资的引导。

Capital fleeting has caused a serious of negative influence to China which led to the problems such as economic contraction, income distribution deterioration, fiscal burden increase and harm for the financial system. Under the background of financial crisis, capital fleeting is happening in China, so we should put forward a set of countermeasures in aspects of finance, fiscal, monetary, exchange rate to enforce the management and supervision of foreign capital in China
