我国新型工业化建筑技术标准建设研究

The Research on New-Type Industrial Construction Technology Standards in China

新型工业化建筑具有节能、环保、高品质等特点,已经成为我国建筑业的发展方向。工业化建筑的发展离不开技术标准和规范的支持,但我国现行相关技术标准和规范主要是基于现浇混凝土结构编制,在设计施工等方面出现诸多不适用于新型工业化建筑发展之处。文章在对典型国家和地区的工业化建筑技术标准进行分析和借鉴的基础上,系统分析了我国新型工业化建筑技术标准和规范现状,提出了修订现有技术标准规范和编制建立相关技术标准规范的建议。

The new-type industrial construction is a trend to develop in the construction industry in China because of its advantages such as energy-saving, environmental protection, high quality etc. The development of the industrial construction needs the support of the technology standards and codes, but most of current technology standards and codes are based on the concrete construction. These technology standards and codes do not meet the need development of the new-type industrial construction in China. So the industrial construction technology standards in the developed country were agued firstly. The second, the status quo of the new-type industrial construction technology standards and codes in China was analyzed. At last, the suggestion to revise and establish the technology standards and codes in China was proposed.
