摘要
研究了低杂质洁净硝酸铈的制备工艺,分析了硝酸铈结晶过程中原料液的初始酸度、加热温度、晶体的冷却速度、陈化时间、洗涤方式对产品质量的影响,母液回收利用的结果;完成了重结晶过程对硝酸铈纯化除杂的研究,所得到的硝酸铈中杂质Fe2O3、Al2O3、NiO、ZnO、CuO和PbO的含量均小于0.1×10-6;确定了低杂质洁净硝酸铈合理制备工艺条件。
This paper researches the preparation technology of pure cerium nitrate with low impurity. Effects of initial acidity of the starting material liquid, heating temperature, cooling rate of crystals, aging time and washing method on the quality of products were investigated, and recovery and utilization of mother liquors were realied. The influence of re - crystalliza- tion on the impurity removing for cerium nitrate was also investigated, and the total content of impurities of Fe203 , A1203, NiO, ZnO, CuO and PbO was less than 0. 1× 10 ^-6 The reasonable technological conditions for preparing pure cerium nitrate were deterimined.
