摘要
第二代高温超导材料钇钡铜氧(YBCO)由于具有高的临界电流密度、高临界磁场等,近几十年来引起世界各国研究人员的高度关注。本文介绍了YBCO粉末及薄膜的性质及应用及各种制备方法,分析讨论了各种方法的优缺点,并提出制备方法存在的问题以及展望。
Due to their high critical current density and high critical magnetic field, second - generation YBa2 Cu3 O7-8 ( YBC - O) high temperature superconductors (HTS) attract the attention of the reserchers worldwide. This paper introduces the properties of YBCO superconducting films and powders, and their application. The advantages and disadvantages of the prepa- ration methods are analyzed and discussed. It also puts forward the problems existing in these preparation methods and pros- pect.
