摘要
本文将拟对数概率密度函数为基础的透过曲线计算式应用于处理包含流体对流、可吸附组分向颗粒表面的传质、在颗粒孔隙内的扩散以及在粒内吸附位的吸附解吸过程等的复杂固定床模型,其所给出的透过曲线精确地逼近精确解.在计算该复杂模型的透过曲线时.精确解所耗计算机时比作者提出的计算方法有时甚至大千倍以上.
The approximate equation previously proposed by the authors for breakthrough curves of fixed beds and based upon lognormal probability distribution function was applied to a mathematic model of complex adsorption bed.The model accounts for the rates of bulk flow or fluid,of bulk-to-particle surface mass transfer,and or intraparticle diffusion and adsorption-desorption processes.The approximate equation gave breakthough curves of the mathematic model conforming to those resulting from the analytical solution of the model,but was very much less effort-and-time-consuming.
