摘要
该文介绍了班多水电站事故配压阀的设计方案及工作原理,该装置具有电气事故停机与机械事故停机双重功能。打破了以往调速器油压装置压力罐或专用事故罐的设计理念,代之以事故油泵取代事故油罐的技术方案,该方案于2010年在现场得到了成功应用。事故泵的设计及应用在保证了电站安全、稳定运行的同时,还为了电站厂房节约空间,降低了硬件采购成本。
This paper descript a designing way and operating principle of emergency distributing valve which is used in BanDuo HydroPower plant Governor system.The valve can conveniently realize electronic and mechanical emergency stop.The design breaks the traditional design principle.It uses emergency pump instead of emergency pressure oil tank.The valve has been successfully used in side.The design saves plant space and cost of investment.
