摘要
电液伺服系统是飞行器的控制系统中用于调整机体姿态的关键部分。该文以某阀控喷管电液伺服实验系统为背景,针对伺服阀的阀芯因加工误差产生的负开口情况,通过建立阀控系统的数学模型,并分别采用传统PID算法和模糊PID算法对其控制效果在Simulink环境下进行仿真研究,结果表明,采用较好的控制方法能够有效克服结构上的缺陷。
Electrohydraulic servo system is the key part of the control system of aircraft,which adjust the machine's carriage.This text's background is a valve control effuser system controlled by electrohydraulic servo.According to the negative open of the servo controlling valve because of machining error,a mathematical model of valve control system is established,simulinked and studied for its control effect by using of traditional PID algorithm and fuzzy PID algorithm with the Simulink.The result shows that the defects of the structure can be effectively overcomed by the better control method.
