In this paper,the use of industrial engineering ideas,breaking the traditional layout design concepts,introduces SLP and production workshop layout optimization method,achieved good efficiency and economic benefits.This article describes,to small and medium-sized enterprises bring new ideas to the extensive development of blind expansion of the plant to increase production capacity.
