先导式减压阀结构参数对其静动态特性影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 减压阀的静态和动态特性对于整个回路系统的工作状态有明显影响,在减压阀设计中,应掌握其结构参数对静动态特性的影响。通过对先导式减压阀的建模仿真和结果分析可知,主阀阀芯阻尼孔径、平衡弹簧预紧力、主阀阀芯直径和导阀调节弹簧劲度系数等结构参数对其静态特性有明显影响作用,而影响其动态特性的结构参数主要有主阀阀芯摩擦阻尼系数、主阀阀芯质量、主阀阀芯上腔容积、主阀阀芯直径,此外,导阀结构参数对其动态特性影响较小。通过以上影响因素分析,可为理解减压阀的工作原理和工程设计提供指导。 The static and dynamic characteristics of pressure reducing valve have significant effect on the working condition of the entire loop system,the entire loop system the design of pressure reducing valve,we should know the effects of its structure parameters on the static and dynamic characteristics.Through modeling and simulation of pilot operated pressure reducing valve and the result analysis shows that the main valve valve core damping orifice,balance spring pre-tightening force,the main valve valve core diameter and coofficient of pilot valve regulating spring stiffness have significant influence on its static characteristics,and influence the dynamic characteristics of main structure parameters of main valve core friction damping coefficient,the main valve valve core quality,and the structural paraneters affect its dynamic characteristics are the main valve on the valve core chamber volume,the main valve valve core diameter,in addition,the pilot valve structure parameters have little effect on its dynamic characteristics.The above factors analysis could be used to understand the working principle of pressure reducing valve and provide guidance to valve design.
