摘要
从体效应管、变容管的等效电路、特性.准确的参数表达式着手分析并、串振荡电路.根据管子参数、振荡频率能较准确地设计实用的压控振荡器.同时采用双变容管反向串联以增加调谐带宽,减少谐波,改善频谱.改善调谐线性.据此给出一个应用频段在5~9GHz;调谐带宽>1GHz;输出功率>10mW;调谐速度>1GHz/us; 主杂波比≥25dB的宽带同轴压控振荡器实例.该振荡器已在数种电子对抗设备上长期稳定工作.
This article begins to start with the equivalent circuit. characteristic and exact formula expressed by the parameters or gunn and varactor, and analyses of serial and paral- lel oseillating circuit .According to the parameters of thc tubes and oscillating frequency. we can design practical voltage controlled oscillators with accuracy. At the same time, that ap- plying double varactors reverse serials is able to increase tuning bandwidth improve tuning linear and decrease harmonics. In view or the above, we can supply a practical example of wideband voltage controlled oscillator, whose specification for performances are frequency range 5- 9GHz, voltage tuned bandwidth> 1 GHz, power output> 10mW, tuning speed > 1 GHz / us; harmonics < -25dB. The oscillators have operated in several electronic countermeasures equipments for long-time.
