绿激光技术在前列腺增生手术中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）使用至今已近50年,但适应人群有限,手术并发症较多,且操作复杂,对医生技术要求高,所以人们一直探索比TURP更安全、更有效的手术方式.多年来,尽管不断有新的治疗方法出现,但都因不同的局限性而不能完全取代TURP的地位.20世纪90年代绿激光技术开始被应用于治疗良性前列腺增生（BPH）,经过10多年的发展,已逐渐走向成熟,其安全性及确切的手术效果已为广大泌尿外科医师所共识.
