摘要
对张家港双子楼酒店式公寓塔楼进行动力弹塑性分析,以了解结构在罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性行为,检验其结构布置的合理性和结构的抗震性能,研究构件的损伤及屈服情况,找出结构的薄弱部位及薄弱构件以指导结构设计。本工程酒店式公寓塔楼采用带加强层的型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构,该种体系在施工中往往采用核心筒领先外围型钢混凝土框架施工、伸臂桁架腹杆后装的施工方案。为了确定该种施工次序对竖向构件的内力及变形的影响,通过ETABS软件进行了专门的施工模拟分析,分析表明,该种施工次序对竖向构件的内力及变形均有较大的影响,设计时应予以考虑。
Elastic-plastic time-history analysis of serviced aparlments twin towers in Zhangjiagang was performed to study the elastic-plastic behavior under the rare earthquake, to study the reasonable arrangements of the structure components as well as seismic performance, to study damage and yield conditions of components and to find out weak parts or components to strengthen. The twin towers adopts hybrid structural system of SRC column frame and core wall with strengthened layers. In construction of this structural system, core wall was usually constructed in advance compared to SRC column fi'ame and installation of web members lags behind. In order to determine the effects of construction sequence on the internal forces and deformation on vertical components, ETABS software was used in construction simulation analysis. Analysis shows that construction sequence has great effects on the internal forces and deformation on vertical eomponents, which should be considered in design.
