高密化纤面料冷轧堆前处理

Cold pad-batch pretreatment of high-density chemical fiber fabric

摘要 采用冷堆平幅与机缸精练两种工艺对涤纶、尼龙织物退浆,分析对比了退浆后织物断裂强力、退浆效果、白度、毛效、能耗及废水COD等指标。结果表明,经冷堆平幅工艺处理后的织物更符合低能耗的染色要求,织物保持较好的断裂、撕破强力;冷堆平幅工艺的单位能耗低于机缸精练工艺,节水89%,节能25.7%,且减少废水排放,有利于环境保护。 Two desizing processes of cold pad-batch combined of the second open-width desizing and conventional machine desizing are carried out on polyester and nylon fabrics.The breaking and tearing strength,desizing effect,whiteness,capillary effect of the desized fabrics are compared and analyzed,as well as energy consumption and COD of the waste water.The results show that the fabric treated with cold pad-batch combined of the second desizing in open-width way can not only meet the basic requirement of dyeing,but also keep a better tensile strength.The total energy consumption of this new process is also lower than that of the conventional machine desizing process,with water saving by 89% and energy saving by 25.7%.The new process features less discharge of waste water.
