人工晶状体前膜形成与支撑襻位置关系探讨

Study of effects of the location of the intraocular lens(IOL)haptics on the membrane formation on the IOL

目的 :探讨人工晶状体前膜形成与支撑襻固定位置之间的关系。方法 :将 50例 50只眼老年性白内障行白内障摘出术按人工晶状体置入部位 ,分为 ( 1 )晶状体支撑襻囊袋内 ( 35只眼 ) ,( 2 )不对称囊袋和睫状沟内 ( 1 1只眼 )及 ( 3)完全睫状沟内 ( 4只眼 )三组进行观察分析前膜形成情况。结果 :第一组中无前膜形成 ,而后两组中均有不同程度的前膜形成。结论 :支撑襻睫状沟内固定是前膜形成的易患因素之一。

HT5”SS][WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]Objective:To investigate the effects of the location of the IOL haptics on the membrane formation on the IOL.Method:50 senile cataract patients (50 eyes),who had cataract extracted and implantation of intraocular lens,were divided into three groups:(1) both haptics in the capsular bag (35 eyes);(2)one haptic in the capsular bag and the other one in the ciliary sulcus(11 eyes);and (3) both haptics in the ciliary sulcus (4 eyes).Results:No membrane formed in the capsular bag fixation group,but formed in the other two groups in various degrees.Conclusion:Ciliary sulcus fixation of IOL is one of the predisposing factors causing the membrane formation on the IOL.
