标准化A超联合高分辩力B超诊断眶内肿瘤

Combination standardized A-scan and high resolution B scan in the diagnosis of orbital tumors

目的 :探讨标准化A超诊断眼眶肿瘤的价值 ,标准化A超和B超联合诊断眼眶肿瘤的作用。方法 :使用标准化A超和高分辩力B超诊断 65例眼眶肿瘤。结果 :标准化A超对眼眶肿瘤可提供更多的诊断信息 ,如病变内部结构、内反射可压缩性等。B超对病变的位置 ,形状更有价值。结论 :标准化A超对眼眶肿瘤的组织学诊断可提供比B超更多的诊断信息 。

HT5”SS][WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]Objective:To investigate the value of standardized A scan and combined the standardized A scan and B scan in diagnosis of orbital tumors.Methods:Standardized A scan and high resolution B scan were used to examine 65 cases of orbital tumors.Results:Standardized A scan can offer more information,for example,structure,reflectivity,consistency etc.B scan is valuable for the determination of the location and shape of the orbital tumors.Conclusion:For tissue diagnosis,standardized A scan provides more numerous data and more useful information than B scan,and the combination of A scan and B scan is more effective for diagnosing the orbital tumors [HT5”H][WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]
