2型糖尿病肾病与全程CRP相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病肾病与全程CRP的关系。方法:根据尿蛋白排泄率将200例,2型糖尿病肾病患者分正常尿蛋白组、微量尿蛋白组、临床尿蛋白组,测定各组血清常规CRP、血清超敏CRP、血清TG及血清Cr水平,另选50例作为正常对照组。结果:2型糖尿病肾病患者各组血清超敏CRP均明显高于对照组,2型糖尿病肾病患者各组间血清超敏CRP水平有显著性差异。在2型糖尿病肾病患者中,血清超敏CRP与血清TG及Cr呈正相关。结论:血清超敏CRP水平的检测对预测2型糖尿病肾病的发生发展有重要的临床研究价值。
