摘要
Objective :Toassessthepotentialmechanismsofbacterialtranslocationinamurinemodelofobstructivejaun dice.Methods:Adultratswererandomizedtobeoperatedonforligationorsham -ligationofthecommonbile duct.Bacterialtranslocationtothemesentericlymphnodes(MLNs) ,liver,spleen ,portalbloodandsystemiccircu lationandbacterialpopulationlevelsinthececawerequantitatedafter 7and 14days.Theterminalileawerehisto logicallyexaminedbylightandtransmissionelectronmicroscopy .Results:BacterialtranslocationtotheMNLswas seeninboth 7( 10 / 17)and 14( 11/ 18)dayligatedanimals,butnotfoundintheircorrespondingcontrols (both 0 / 8) .Nosignificantdifferenceinthececalbacterialpopulationlevelswasfoundbetweentheligatedgroupsandtheir correspondingcontrolgroups,alsobetweenthetwosubgroupsthatweresetupwithineachligatedgroupaccordingtothepresenceorabsenceofbacteriaintheMLNs.Intheligatedrats,lightmicroscopydemonstratedsubepithelial edemainassociationwithinfiltrationofflammatorycellsand ,transmissionelectronmicroscopyshowedthattheen terocyteswereinjuredwithabnormalmicrovilli,swollenmitochondria ,unclearendoplasmicreticulumandcytoplasm withbubbledegeneration .However ,theileafromthecontrolsappearednormal.Conclusions:Obstructivejaundice promotesbacterialtranslocationinrats .Thegutmucosaldamageratherthantheintestinalbacterialovergrowthmay playacrucialroleinbacterialtranslocation .
